Registration
Early registration for WIRMS is due by May 15, 2003 and is $100. After this date, the regular registration and in person registration price will be $200.

Housing
Housing for participants is at Granlibakken Conference and Resort, the site where the workshop will be held. Unfortunatly you cannot book your housing reservations on-line as Granlibakken's on-line system will not have our specially reduced WIRMS rates.
Please call to make your housing reservation: 800-543-3221 and tell them you are making a reservation for the WIRMS conference to ensure that you get our special rates.

The following are the available WIRMS Granlibakken packages. All attendees without exception must register for one of the following. Please note: If you choose to not stay at Granlibakken you must still call and register for package #3. If you have any questions about these packages please call Lawrence Berkeley National Lab Conference Services at 510-486-6386.

Package #1 (WIRMS Participant)

  3 nights lodging (Tues. Wed. Thu)
  3 full breakfasts (Wed. Thu. Fri)
  3 lunches  (Wed. Thu. Fri)
  3 dinners  (Tues. Wed. Thu)
  Use of meeting space and all recreational facilities

  Bedroom Units and Rooms Within a Townhouse:
  Double Occupancy:  $339.60 per participant.
  Single Occupancy:  $494.40 per participant.

  Executive Lodge and Studio Units:
  Double Occupancy:  $408.00 per participant.
  Single Occupancy:   $624.00 per participant

  The above rates are based on a 3-night stay and include all
  taxes and charges. Stays of less than 3 nights will be based
  on the daily rates for 2003.


Package #2 (Spouse/Guest)

  The Spouse/Guest fee is $180.00 based on sharing the same room
  as the participant paying a single rate. This includes taxes
  and the same meals and lodging as the participant in Package #1.


Package #3 (Facility Usage Only)

  The off grounds fee for any participant who will be attending
  the meeting but not requiring lodging at Granlibakken is
  $252.00 per person and includes three meals per day, use of
  the meeting space and recreational facilities, and parking,
  but no lodging.  The per-day Facility Use fee is $70 plus tax
  and service.

If there is sufficient interest, we will arrage bus/van/car-pools rides from the major airports (and Berkeley) to Granlibakken on July 8 and the return trip after the workshop concludes on the 11th. If you are intersted in such a ride, please fill out and submit the following information.
