Applications of Coherent Infrared Synchrotron Radiation
2002 ALS Users' Meeting Workshop
October 11, 2002

Scope: This workshop will focus on scientific applications of and plans for a coherent far-IR (1 - 100 cm-1) synchrotron source which will have intensities 5 to 6 orders of magnitude higher than conventional far-IR sources. We hope to use this workshop to further explore different types of science which could be enabled by such a novel source in this traditionally difficult spectral region.

Summary: "Workshop on applications of coherent infrared synchrotron radiation," Michael C. Martin, Synchrotron Radiation News 16, 8 (2003).
